Larry J. Kuznetz

Larry has been in practice for over 38 years. His major areas of concentration include personal injury, labor and employment, civil rights, wrongful termination, discrimination, sex harassment and workers compensation. He has been named a “Best Lawyer” in the areas of labor and employment by the Coeur d’Alene Living Magazine.”

He is licensed to practice law in the state of Washington and Idaho. He is a member of the Spokane County and Washington State Bar Associations, Washington State Association For Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association), and Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
Larry attended Fairhaven College in Bellingham, Washington, receiving his BA Degree in Psychology, cum laude, in 1974. He attended Hofstra University School of Law in New York and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1977. He was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington from 1979 to 1982. He is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts of Washington and Idaho, the 9th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker on issues related to discrimination, sex harassment and workers compensation.

Larry is a past chair and member of the Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board. He is presently a member of the Washington State Bar Association Hearing Officer Selection Panel. He has been a past president and board member of Spokane AIDS Network. He has also been a past president and board member of the Artisans, a non-profit board that assists developmentally disabled adults find employment. He is a member of the Inland Northwest Business Alliance and was born in Seattle, Washington, on May 13, 1952.

    Michael M. Parker
    Partner/Attorney
    Mike has been in practice for over 30 years litigating business, real estate, family and bankruptcy law issues.
    He is a member of the Spokane County, Washington State and Idaho State Bar Associations, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association Sections on Debtor-Creditor, Business Law and Litigation. His Idaho State Bar membership includes the Real Estate law section.

    Mike attended Spokane Falls Community College receiving his Associate Arts Degree in 1981. He continued at Eastern Washington University and received his BA Degree in 1983, cum laude in Business as well as Government. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. He was admitted to practice in all the courts of Washington in 1987 and Idaho in 1989.

    Mike has been a past board member of the Native American Health Center and the Citizen’s Advisory Committee with Spokane School District #81. Mike is more than willing to speak to groups and associations which may have legal questions concerning the areas in which he has expertise. Examples of such areas in which Mike has previously spoken or provided seminars include Landlord/Tenant, Family Law, Real Estate Law and Debt Collection. Mike was born in Spokane, Washington and has been a lifelong resident of the area.

      Sarah N. Harmon
      Associate Attorney
      Sarah is an associate attorney at our firm. Her litigation practice includes personal injury, real estate litigation, probate and tedra litigation, business and contract law, family law, and employment law. Sarah’s litigation practice includes advising clients, litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, dispute resolution, and appellate briefs and argument. Additionally, Sarah has an estate planning practice—drafting trusts, wills, and correlating legal documents for clients. Sarah is licensed to practice in Washington State and is a member of the Spokane County Bar Association.

      Sarah is originally from Oregon where she attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and graduated cum laude receiving her BA with honors in Political Science and Philosophy. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. Sarah is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa society.

      When Sarah isn’t working, you can find her outdoors or on a rugby pitch. She began coaching Gonzaga University Women’s Rugby Team in 2010 as a volunteer head coach and is still coaching the team today. She is also a member of the Spokane County Volunteer Lawyer’s Program and Housing Justice Project where she provides pro bono representation for members of the community who face evictions.

        Mary Zanck
        Assistant
        Mary Zanck has worked in the field of law since 1977. She attended Spokane Community College receiving an AA Decree in the Legal Secretary Program in 1977. In 1978 she went to work at the Spokane County Prosecutors Office working in many departments, the last being the Juvenile Department. In 1985 she left the Prosecutor’s Office and has been working at this firm since that time. She is a Registered Paralegal with the Spokane County Bar Association. Additionally, she handles office bookkeeping, billing and management duties.
